The first thing I would do is to call Yorkshire Bank and make sure that they have actually sent it, when and to where in case someone found your card and somehow managed to get the bank to change the address. I'm not paranoid, just cautious.

I would call the bank to make sure that they sent it. If they have sent it, and you have not yet received it, I would tell them to cancel the card and send another new one, just in case someone has intercepted your mail.
You may want to wait another day or two before deciding to have them cancel the card, though, since it could just be that the mail was slow in getting to you.

Yes, they will but it is gonna take 7 days and make sure to go to the bank because sometimes when you loose it more than ones in a month they ask for personal information and ID.. Just go to bank

Call the bank, advise them, ask them ehnr they sent the card out.
If this is a long time ago, advise them and they will resend another card for you.
Monitor your bank account just in case to notice if there has been any strange transactions.
