I believe that would be everything to the right of 4 on the graph.

X < or = 5/4

If that's 18*x > 4
then x > 4/18 = 2/9
So x > 2/9

Draw the vertical line, x = 2/9, and shade to the right of it.

Some people are going to read this as:-
18x > 4 (and who can blame them?!!!).
I am going to assume that question is :-
x > 4
The graph is then a vertical dotted line that passes thro` (4,0)
Required area is then all points to right of this line.
