ok to get the national dex u have to see all 150 pokemon u donot have to catch them dont worry about it u see all the pokemons either in the wild or battlie

You need to see all 150 pokemon on the regional dex, then go see the Professor and follow the scent from there.

You need to see all 150 Pokemon in the game's Sinnoh Pokedex. You do not have to catch all of them, just see them. Then talk to Professor Rowan. Note: You will most likely have to defeat the Elite Four and Pokemon Champion along with all the Trainers in the game to get 149 of the 150. The last blank slot in the Pokedex in your case is where the Legendary Pokemon Palkia normally is. It is only obtainable for capture in Pokemon Pearl. Go to the elder's house in Celestic Town to add Palkia to your Pokedex.
