Can not get access to it

Sign in to 'Google' then go to 'My Account' then click on 'Blogger'.
You will need to sign in again at the 'Blogger' page and that should be it.
Once you find your blog, copy down the URL address which will look like:
http://yourblogname.blogspot.com
Then next time just type or paste that URL into your browser and you will be taken straight there.
Once your blog is indexed by Google you will be able to find it by typing it's name into Google search box.

If your blog was recently created then Google may not be able to find it.

What is your gmail userid? Your blog is *likely* to be gmailid.blogspot.com
Otherwise, when you're signed on to your gmail account, go up there and click "My account" and on the new screen that appears, down the right side, you should see a button labeled "Blogger" which you may click to get to the blog "owned" by your gmail userid.
