ask stupid questions on here about am I pregnant. I haven't had a period in 4 months and my belly is getting bigger, blah,blah,blah... Why not go get a pregnancy test.

I was one of those people. And the reason i asked on here is because i didnt know much of the symptoms and i was like w/ my period for 7 days now. Plus i didnt want to go to any of my family members b/c i thought that they would get to involved w/ it and turn out to be a false alarm. I also did take a pregnancy test but when i searched it on the internet it said that taking one too early could come up w/ a negative result no matter what. So i needed to know other peoples opinions about what i was going through.

Perhaps they are just scared and want to hear from others who are going througn the same ordeal.
Sometimes they end up not being pregnant and didn't even need to take the test.
Besides, that's the purpose of yahoo!answers!
To ask questions!
Don't be so harsh. You wouldn't like to be called stupid if YOU were here asking a question while going through some kind of ordeal.

Yup. I agree with other answers. Most are probably young girls who are too scared to tell their parents what they were doing, so basically they're scared to go get a pregnancy test as well. Heck, I bet many can't even drive. Hopefully things get better for them.

What is the matter with you. These people are either trying to hold on to their hope or are extremely scared and probably young so they just need support from an unbiased party. Why do you care? This is a forum for people to ask all sorts of stupid questions. Deal with it.

Some young girls just freak out! Their mother may not ave explained things to them so they aren't sure. Others just need some advise because they are scared. . .

Most of these people have gotten a negative result and are looking for a little "Maybe" somewhere by someone. So then, they can "Omg! there's a chance Im pregnant!"

They are probably 14 and their boyfriend will be charged with statutory rape if anyone finds out that they've been doing the nasty.
