I have BSNL Wireless moderm model WA-3002-g1 The ADSL Light Blinks & also go & come back often.?

This result into Slow internet Connection & certain sites are not getting opened

Make sure all phones in your home have filters installed and the DSL modem does not. Also check your line for noise. A noisy phone line is an annoyance for voice but will kill DSL.
