there is about 20 emails on the current scroll but the one i want is about number thirty five to forward

Most e-mail programs keep a copy of any emails you have sent out in a folder called "sent". Look for the message in that folder and reopen it.

Check your sent items folder. Then select the email and forward it from there.

Go to email, click sent folder and find the email you want, then open the email and forward it or place it in your inbox or what ever you want to do with it.

it should be in the sent folder look in that folder click on that message then when it comes up then click forward and you will be able to send it to who ever you want to .
