Corporate carriers most always have a 1-Year warranty arrangement setup through the manufacturers such as Motorola, Lg, Nokia, Samsung, etc. and they will only swap out your phone for a new one within that one-yr time frame from the initial date of purchase, not based on how long you have actualy been using the phone. Just one year from the date of purchase!

Unless there is some other extension given to that particular model phone it is always one year from purchase unless otherwise stated at the beginning. When extension are given, which aren't very common, it's the equivelance of a recall and you still would need to ask a rep in one of the stores by calling or calling customer service directly and asking.

Anything past a year, and/or the extension for that phone model would fall up under doing an Insurance Claim (usually with Asurion phone insurer) but that is only an option for you if indeed you have Insurance on your account under that particular number. Other than that, you would have to consider an upgrade, which usually inclues a discounted price, or buying one out right if you aren't eligible for an upgrade or don't want to sign another 1 or 2yr contract!

Hope this helps!
