Yep, totally normal. There are a bunch of tricks, like eating crackers before you get out of bed, mint tea, avoid milk and spicy foods, etc., so I tried experimenting with them all basically. Some of it helped, like the crackers 1st thing in the am, but my doc prescribed Diclectin for me which helped a lot. I still feel queasy in the am sometimes, but very rarely throw up and feel fine for the rest of the day after lunch. Also, it is better to have frequent smaller meals instead of the 3 main ones. I find when I get too hungry it makes me feel nauseous. It sounds like that could be your prob too because the times you mentioned are right before regular meal times. Good luck, try some of the tricks, and if nothing works talk to your doc about diclectin.
p.s. diclectin is proven to be 100% safe for you and baby

I didn't even know I was pregnant and my tummy was rock hard. Me and my friend kept comparing bellies to see why mine was rock hard. lol we did it for about a week until I found out I was pregnant. Try getting the preggy pops at babies r us. They worked miracles for my second pregnancy. But not my first, try taking them. If they don't work, your doctor might prescribe you something better.

very normal,
also wait for bloading, back pain (those are my complain)
but some people say that they have dizziness
remember that we are different and you might not experience morning sickness at all
other than bloading, back pain, sleepiness

Congrats on your pregnancy & Good luck
