Upper Florida is cheap, around the Georgia border, or parts of Georgia. It's warm, and affordable. . . . . You'll need to plan for hurricanes though!!! Also Northern California has lots of affordable cities.

Hot cheap place in USA--Yuma, Az. Today will be cool @ approximately 105. Look at any small towns along the Tx &Az borders w/ Mexico
