No, I don't try to justify the amount of time spend here cos I only spent my time here when I need a break from reading, or watching TV. And when I do log on to YA, i'll only look for question that i have exprience in and try to asnwer as best as i could. If after a while I feel tired, I'll just signed off. If not, I'll try and answer some more but its quite tiring at times to look for questions that you absolutely have answers to.

I did cut back, from about 6 hours a day to now maybe 15 minutes. Very liberating.

It is addictive, luckily I have down time at work alot. I do not hold myself back, I get a kick out of seeing what is on peoples minds and sharing my own.

haha I do it all the time. I justify it by saying "I'm helping others...I'm doing good....work will be there tomorrow!"
