it depends.. if you use pads u shouldnt because the pad will suck in the water and u'll be dripping water from ur private part. lol but if u wear a tampon then you can go swimming

Of course.
You may wish to take additional "seapage"
precautions (usually a tampon), but people
do it all the time.
Do you really think they stop the Olympics
and wait for all of the female swimming
competitors to be off their periods!?
