I know a man who pissed outside behind a bar shielded by a trash dumpster. A lady drove by with her young daughter in the car and some how was able to see the guys *** cheeks. The lady called the cops and when they arrived the gut was arrested for public intoxication. The lady pressed some sort of child indecency charge against the guy. The guy's naked butt was exposed to a child so he was convicted of the charge and is now serving seven years in state jail. Plus he will have to register himself as a sex offender when he is released. What is your opinion of this situation?

The guy did have a criminal record. I don't know if he was on probation. He had never done anything violent or had any sort of sexual assaults against him. He is the typical old dude who is a functional alcoholic. I believe we all have one in our extensive family.
