Try turning it upside down and shaking it. Maybe some crud has got in there.

Keyboards do break. Sure, a key might not break after a million presses (which is a LOT; if you were to type two keys in a second (which is pretty fast), non stop, it would take six days for you to get a million keypresses), but they eventually do wear out and stop working. Get a new keyboard. They're not expensive.

If it is a wireless keyboard, your batteries may be running low and need replacing.
The fact it is only certain keys in a particular area not working tends to suggest it might be that the keyboard itself is on its way out and needs replacing, wireless or not.

This happened to me a few months ago, and I ended up having to buy a new keyboard even though I tried all the other things.

How long have you had the keyboard? Its possible that the keyboard is simply worn out and will have to be replaced. Or maybe it just needs a really good cleaning?

The keyboard may simply be at the end of its life - trying unplugging it then connecting it again to see what happens.
