Maybe, my first account was suspended and I still have access to that email, but my second acco8unt which was suspended, I dont have access to that email and that sucks, that was my main email for my personal business.

no, you keep your My Yahoo and emails but just lose your Answers account

No only when they delete your Answers account so back everything up. I found ou the hard way, I lost stuff that can't be replaced
