This is a car commercial from Great Britain. When the finished making the commercial, they noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. Pay attention to the front end of the car as it clears the trees in the middle of the screen and you can see the white mist passing in front of the car.

At the end of the commercial you can hear one of the crew talking about it. So you might have to turn the volume up to hear him.
