News flash, people: There is NO movement afoot to abort every pregnancy in the world.

Abortion is an intensely personal, private matter for a woman. No one has the ability to force an abortion.

Hitler was exterminating an entire race of people.

One woman can only have one abortion at a time. And NO ONE is saying abortion should be the standard (save those few stupid right-wing extremists who say all liberals should be forced to have abortions).

There is no comparison between the two. If you're going to make an argument, could you at least make it a rational one?

nickolassck: I've never denied abortions happen. Not my fetus, not my business. It isn't up to me to force some woman to give birth if she doesn't want to.

Because they are not too smart....if abortion is murder then people should be going to jail for getting an abortion. But they don't..so the conservatives keep government out of women's' wombs.

They use the Holocaust because its the most well known example of mass killing in history. Seeing they view abortion as murdering three million babies a year, the Holocaust is a fitting comparison.

Now I do not agree with it, but seeing their understanding of life, it makes sense.

I would never compare the two. You are correct in that statement. However I do believe that abortion is wrong and never warented in any situation. The only possible acception to this would be the mothers health.

The holocaust it's self is the perfect arguement for abortion. If Hitler's mother had one then it would have prevent the murder of millions of Jews.

So I guess you are trying to say that instead of saying another hitler killed millions of babies, there are millions of one time murderers? That is so much better.

What "choice" are you giving the baby?

And if it's not a baby, why do you think a father should have to pay "child support", since it was the mothers "choice" to allow the "fetus" to develop into a baby, and the person who made the 'fetus" had nothing to do with it?

I totally agree. And I've found that every single pro-life argument is just as nonsensical and illogical as the Holocaust comparison.

You must talk to more ignorant people than I do because I never heard that comparison.

Maybe the comparison is just in the amount of humanity lost, piles of discarded fetuses that would have been individual human beings just like you. Enjoying your one chance at life, are you?

I get the weird feeling that the trick of the matter lies in the word "ignorant".
But maybe that's just me.

I agree. If they love life and children so much, why exploit them?
