What's a queterback? A quitter back? Tiki Barber is one.
or a quietter back? LT, no words, just excellent work.
Just joking man, the best current QB is Tom Brady - sorry Peyton fans but just put for a second Reggie and Marv in a Pats uniform and Jabbar Gaffney and Reche Caldwell in a Colt outfit and you'll see what I mean. It's about the clutch performance, not about throwing a passing TD when you can run it in, just so that you can own the recod books. Peyton finally got the monkey off his back this year but the jury is still out. Will that said, I still think that the Colts will win it this year. Not because Peyton is better, but because Randy Moss is never equal to Marvin alone, let alone that fantastic tandem the Colts have.
Best QB all time - my man Favre. I have never seen Unitas, watched the last years of Marino's career, saw Montana rack up many rings, but what Favre has been able to do in this sport is beyond belief. He is going to own every QB record when he's all done.

Tom Brady leads the Patriots to 3 Super Bowl wins in four years, the longest consecutive win streak in NFL history of 21 straight wins, he's a 2 time Super Bowl MVP, he's calm, cool, and clutch pretty much all the time and did it all without a consistant recieving core. And you guys still say Peyton Manning. Being a consistant, clutch winner is a far better QB talent than Manning's accuracy and carrer connection with Marvin Harrison.

Talking now or all of NFL past years?
60's Bart Starr
70's Joe Namath, Terry Bradshaw, Fran Tarkington
80's Joe Montana, Dan Marion, Warren Moon
90's Jim Kelly, John Elway, Troy Aikman, Steve Young
00's Tom Brady, Payton Manning
Each era has its pros and cons, most of these guys are Hall of Fame QB's or are on the way into the Hall.

Brady or Manning. Manning has done a lot, with at least 1 Pro Bowl reciever every year of his career, while Tom Brady has won 3 Super Bowls, put up stats, been invited to 4 Pro Bowls, and gone to 4 AFC Championships with only 1 Pro Bowl reciever (Who was a reserve after two injuries) in his entire career. Wait. I change my mind. Brady.

Peyton Manning no other QB in the history of the league controls every aspect of an offense like he does. Name another QB in history that comes to the line and has the option of calling an audible at any moment and possibly changing the game because of it. He almost orchestrates half of the game by his self. When it is all said and done he will also have the best stats out of any QB that ever played.

I would have to say that John Elway is one of the all time greats. This year I am looking for Jay Cutler to step up and make some big plays. Hes got a great arm and was one of the top drafts last year, and his experience he gained at the end of last season will be a great help.
