We owned our farm in Sonoma Co. for over 16 yrs.I had a predatory lender as a 2nd mortgage holder. He made over $40,000 by falsifying documents and selling it as a foreclosure sale illegally. The person who bought it evicted us!The legal system in Sonoma Co.,Calif.Has allowed these people to do this without respecting our home owner rights/human rights! We urgently need a lawyer to support us in our case and help us .Pro-bono or contingincy payment can be worked out. These are criminals guilty of extortion, usury, fraud and are still in business. The courts here have ignored us, please help!

You will need to obtain a qualified real estate attorney and have them review your contracts and explain your rights to you. This is something you should have done before you "refinanced".

Sorry, but with out an attorney, you are homeless.

You may be able to sue the lender for compensation but I am not sure you can get your house back. You might be able to find a lawyer who will work pro-bono but don't count on it. You will need to pay someone to get this taken care of. A good lawyer is going to have to do a lot of work to help you out and will have to spend a lot of time to do the job.

Also, why do you call it an illegal sale? Exactly what was done that was illegal? Did you benefit from it being illegal at one point? In other words, did you get the loan based on falsified documents that the mortgage company put together? If you signed off on the mortgage with this stuff in there then you might have some problems.

As long as you signed your name on that 2nd mortgage document. Once it is foreclosed, you can be evicted and lose it to their 2nd position without anything illegal happening. I'm sorry but you should have found a buyer or sold it when you receive the judgement in the first place. There is nothing more you can do.

Don't listen to the lawsuit crap. Any pursuing will only be a waste of money. Do the smart thing and try to save what little you have to make a better life for yourself and move on.

if you need to, pursue a civil suit against the company responsible.

try suing for violation of human rights - sue for $10,000,000.00.

then you can get a bloodthirsty lawyer or team of lawyers who will only get paid if you do...
