It means swimming naked,but not alway completely naked.It's probably done to get an even tan.Either that or it's someone's fetish.My suggestion is not to do it at the beach or a public pool.Some would call the cops on grounds of "indecent exposure".Do it in your boyfriend's pool,or your own pool,or a private pool where you're comfortable at being naked.

skinny dipping is swimming in the nude if you are gonna participate you might want to make sure that it is nice out first when i was young i was out with couple of girls and we all decided to go skinny dipping in the middle of January in lake Michigan bad idea we froze our tails off

Skinny dipping is when you swim naked. it is very enjoyable when you do it with your lover. it enjoying for you and him. you r B/F would be very happy if he sees you. but i am very sure your parents would accept
