Okay, I'm kinda helping one of my friends write a story, just for fun, but she can't come up with good name for it. I think it's something about a guy who's really famous, kinda like the male Lindsay Lohan, who's got everything going for him - and he's single. So when he goes to a small town for a mall tour, he meets this girl who he's instantly attracted to and assumes that she's a fan - it turns out she was just following some of her friends to the tour but isn't at all a fan of him - she actually can't stand him and is annoyed by seeing his face everywhere! Throughout the story, the guy and the girl see each other and the girl can no longer hide the fact that she's into this guy now, not because he's rich and famous. She realizes how wrong she was about him. The girls' enemies are jealous and the girl uses this to her advantage. Later, the guy gets mad when he thinks that the girl was just using him to make her enemies jealous. When he leaves, she thinks he'll never forgive her...but of course, she's wrong. So what do you think the name of the story should be??

Hmm, sounds like a fun plot...here are a couple of name suggestions:

Star Struck

He's the One

Hollywood Hottie

(Does the male character have a name yet? The title could just be "__________ and Me")

Superstar

Also, you may want to mention to your friend that there is a young adult novel already kind of based on this premise- it's called You Never Can Tell, by Ellen Conford. It was written back in the 80's, so your friend's book would definitely be an updated version, but tell her she should find and read this book to make sure it's not TOO similar.

"Yet another forgetable teen movie whose storyline is indistinguishable from all the others of its kind." Starring the new Freddy Prinze Jr. and a young female pop singer.
