No, actually all but the one on the bottom of the bag are meant to be thrown away.

What a waste to throw it away! It depends what you use them for in the first place. If it is for hygienic reasons, then use the top one on something where hygiene isn't required like a blob of something on the floor/shoe etc.

not sure but i once ate two many bags of beer nuts and ended up with a bad case of cotton balls....ugh..that was bad..lol..you know the beer i was drinking gave me cotton mouth..and then i guess it relocated...lol...well..i still have my original nuts to i won't throw it away......
...but here's a Q "Tip"--don't overeat beers nuts....
