It's normal to have discharge when you're pregnant and the itching might be caused by irritation from the discharge.
The way to know if it's yeast, is if the discharge is thick and white, almost like cottage cheese, and smells like yeast.
The way to know if you have a UTI is symptoms like fever, burning when urinating, urinating only small amounts but feeling like you have to go alot, pain in the abdomen or lower back, feeling constaly bloated, crampy or having tenderness in the abdomen etc.
My advice would be to get a good look at the discharge when you next see it. If it is thin and milky or yellowish then it is normal pregnancy discharge. But if it is thick and "cheesy" then it is most likely yeast and can be treated with an over-the-counter remedy.
And if you notice any of the UTI symptoms I mentioned, go to your doctor with a urine sample.

Sounds like a yeast infection. UTI's consist of painful urination and the feeling like you have to go all the time, but only a little comes out. Yeast infections will burn and / or itch and have discharge. My doc said the Monistat 7-Day or 3 Day was safe to use when I was pregnant. It is common for pregnant women to get yeast infections.

It sounds like a yeast infection, defiately not a UTI unless burning while urniating. Yeast infections are extremely common during pregnancy so don't worry. Talk to your doctor so that he or she may get you something to clear it up.

if it really burns when your urine is come out then it's a UTI. I got a lot of those when I was pregnant. Yeast is more the out side and it might hurt when the urine touches it but if you have a burning when it is starting to come out or it's hard to urinate then it's probably a UTI. I would call your doc. and tell them what's going on they can do some tests and get you some meds ether way. Good Luck

You need to go see your OB to get a proper diagnosis. For UTI drink lots of cranberry juice, but it has to be 100% Cranberry not cocktail because it has sugar which you need to avoid if you have a yeast infection, because sugar feeds a yeast infection. You need to avoid sugar starchy foods, white bread and breads made with yeast and go and get yourself some acidophilus tablets to up your good bacteria which are perfectly safe during pregnancy, and eat lots of yogurt. (the kind that isn't all sugary. And clomatrazole suppositories for the yeast infection. They are a lot less messy then the cream. And perfectly safe during pregnancy. Good Luck.

It sounds like a yeast infection. I had a UTI after I had my baby and it burned really bad to urinate. You should see your doctor because if you still have it when the baby arrives, it can get sick.

yeast infection is itchy and lots of whitish discharge
UTI is very uncomfortable and your urine will be cloudy, also, chlamydia begins under the guise of a UTI so you may want to schedule an appt. with the Dr. and get checked out.

sOUNDS LIKE A YEAST INFECTION AND YOUR DR. WILL TAKE A SAMPLE AND LOOK UNDER HIS MICROSCOPE AND HE WILL ALSO TAKE A URINE SAMPLE AND IF HE SEES AN INFECTION HE WILL GIVE YOU SAFE ANTIBIOTICS! YOU REALLY NEED TO GO IN. AN INFECTION IS BAD IN PREGNANCY IF LEFT UNTREATED! BEST WISHES!
