The 1934 $5 with the Hawaii over print, is worth $50 in grade very good to $115 in grade extra fine, more if in crisp uncirculated. It was issued after the attack on Pearl Harbor and is considered an Emergency Note of WW II. Only a dealer in currency can help you in grading it. The above values are about what a dealer would pay.

I don't think it's worth much more than the face value. Now if it was a "Silver" Certificate $5.00 bill according to http://lynncoins.com/currency.htm you can sell them for $15.50 each.
