It's in the heart of Bavaria, where they shot the sole wild bear wandering in Germany that must have come over from Austria. Bavaria is akin to Germany much like Texas is to the USA. Bavarians take a lot of pride in nationalism and being a little different.

it has one of the coolest city centers in europe. you need to check out the famous "hoffbrauhaus."
also, the famous castle "neuschwanzstein" is near there. definitely worth a look

er.......leaving as quick as I can. As far as Germany is concerned its the place I like least. Its the people. They are shall we say......a bit up themselves. Nice for a day visit but wouldnt want to stay for long.
