WE DEAL WITH IT ONE DAY AT A TIME.

I do not know, but I do know that I have felt it more as I get older.

It could be because I am reminded of all the losses in my life. We all have them. They do accumulate as the years go by...people you knew when you were young, parents, other relatives, etc.

Also, sometimes there is a feeling of regret...of lost opportunities.

I have been dealing with it by focusing on some thing or things (ideas count too) that are important to me. That reminds me that I am here for something.

I think it is helpful to realize that one does not always need to fill that emptiness--that it is ok to just sit with it. I believe that sitting with it gives you the opportunity to see what is really important to you and what is not.

because something is missing, wether a loved one, some activity, romatic interests, or things have become hum drum and need to be spiced up a bit.
to deal with it....
you have to identify the problem then come up with a plan to fix it. that is all i can say.

because we feel like we can do more in this world and we don't have the means to do it...it is a need or want to do more in life and 1 way to fix that is to broaden your horizons and do more in your life.
