Yes enki, that is what I believe.Besides Joyous Tears. God sheds Tears for his Children who have turned their Backs to Him, and Meanwhile the Devil is Laughing. because, that will be more Souls for Him to Receive.

Yes, there are tears in Heaven, for it says in Revelation, "He will wipe away very tear from their eye." As to the laughter of Hell, if there is any it is empty. I know of no verse of Scripture saying there is so much as a snicker in the nether regions. There may have been at the Crucifixion, but that was so short as to be nonexistant. "Tears may last the night, but joy comes in the morning."

Heaven and Hell are unconfirmed theories/beliefs. If you stick to the definition that Heaven is pure happiness, then there could be tears from laughter. Using the same idea, Hell could have evil laughter (from Satan, maybe). This is just one way of looking at it though.

I believe in the term of Hell on Earth as the world is truly turning upside down but I still laugh to try to ignore what's going on around me! But when I get to my safe place, my own little world, my haven...these are heaven to me and these are the places where I'll cry tears of joy or tears of relief or freely and simply cry my heart out! For I know I belong :-)

What do you go to as an authority? If you're asking from a christian perspective I would have to say no to both questions. The whole weeping an knashing of teeth in hell kinda' doesn't sound like a laughing matter, and "God will wipe every tear from their eyes" in heaven takes care of the other side... but then if you don't believe the Bible (don't know) then I have no idea!

This is all hypothetical you understand

I'd like to think that if the devil exists, he has a pretty good sense of humor. Does he laugh? I would think so. As far as tears in heaven, why not? Tears of joy are always a possibility.

Tears in heaven are not sad tears, they are the angels sending down beneficial rains to us here on earth. Laughter in hell is the toxic waste that seeps into our resources, it eventually gets down there, and they swim in it.

Only reason there would be tears in heaven is to weep tears of joy for souls that are showing up, and the almost paralysing joy it is to be in the LORD's presence!
The only lauphter in hell would be from the deamons and satan mocking the pain of the souls put there. And I'm sure that would be mirthless, empty, sick lauphter for hell is the absence of joy.

As far as laughter in hell? We can all momentarily escape a painful situation with laughter.

Tears in heaven - overwhelmed by beauty? It happens all the time.

maybe there's another shade of meaning.
How about this:

Are there be tears of compassion (seeing that people suffer out of their ignorance on earth) in Heaven

and

Laughters of evil (seeing that the bad would eventually meet their retribution and doom) in Hell?
