Harry is not a horcrux!
This idea makes no sense in light of the prophesy for one, and why would Voldemort put part of his soul into someone he might have to fight anyway. If he kills Harry, he's wasted part of his soul. Also, I reject the idea that Harry became a horcrux as an unintentional byproduct of the rebounding of Voldemort's killing curse. The byproduct is known and is the empathic bound between the two, and that's all, IMHO.
Remember too that all the horcruxes have to be destroyed before Voldemort is vulnerable to death. If Harry is a horcrux, then Harry must die first, then Voldemort. So it would mean that Harry would have to loose a killing curse at Voldemort just after Voldemart loosed a killing curse against him--that is very tricky timing!.
I take the prophecy to mean that vanquishing Voldemort it Harry's job--no chance that Voldemort becomes vulnerable with a Harry sacrifice and with Harry dead, someone else kills Voldemort.

No. Harry is not a Horcrux. People need to understand that a Horcrux is a piece of SOUL! You do not by mistake just rip your soul into another piece.
Even if Voldemort ment to do it, he would be taking a HUGE risk by doing so. Harry is a person and can think for himself. He can't be hidden like the other Horcruxes and can't be by Voldemort at all times.
Dumbledore thinks that the snake Voldemort has is a Horcrux but even that is a major risk!
I think that if Harry was a Horcrux he would be a evil person. A Horcrux is a evil thing and to have that be a part of you would sertainly effect the way you would think. Harry is in the house in Hogwarts that he is for a reason. If he was a Horcrux I really don't think he would have had a choice where he went.
Another thing. Dumbledore says that Voldemort has alot of control over his snake. So if Harry was a Horcrux then Voldemort would be able to control Harry even more then he does now. However we know that Harry has Slytherin powers because of the curse the Voldemort tried to use to kill him when he was a year old.
One other thing. We know that 'Neither can live, while the other survives' Harry is going to have to kill Voldemort. If Harry is a Horcrux he would have to die in order for Voldemort to be killed. How would this be possible if Harry has to kill him to save the Wizarding world if he is dead?
These are my reasons why Harry was never and never will be a Horcrux.

Peter Parker - Harry cannot be a Horcrux because Voldemort would have had to make a conscious effort/spell to make Harry his Horcrux.
Plus, Rowling said Harry was not a Horcrux.

Actually I do believe this and whether or not he comes back from the veil which I imagine will play a part is the key. He will live on forever though either way!

im not a huge harry potter fan but my sis is and i told her that idea she almost had a haert attack lol but thats wut i think is gonna happen
