just about any video by tool. claymation that is somewhat disturbing in nature.
one of my favorites was 'smack my 8itch up' by the prodigy. throughout the video, you think it's a guy that's drinking, doing drugs, fondling chicks at the clubs, starting fist fights, only to find out in the end that it's a female.
i used to like king diamond videos cuz they were somewhat theatrical.
there was an awesome song by accept called 'midnight mover' in which the entire video moved frame by frame as they appeared to play in a spherical stage (U2 wound up copying this for the video 'better than the real thing')
i new the weak stuff was gonna come up, but fiona apple has a cool video called 'across the universe' it's set in black and white and while her face is always in the camera, behind her, there is all this violence and fighting. pretty cool, but the song is tame.

I remmeber hating the song, but "Take on Me" by Ah-ha was a ground-breaking video. We'd skip high school in hopes of seeing it. "When Doves Cry" by Prince tripped me out on LSD. and "99 Red Balloons" by Nena was great cause she's in the really tight leather pants that I thought was sexy.
