Considering that the Republicans have had control of the machinery of government for most of the past 40 years, it's hard to understand how the Democrats could in a mere 12 years undo so much good work done by the Republicans. It's just mind-boggling how hard it is to do the job right when you have all these pesky things going around, like the Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law, and intelligence.
I trust the Democrats not to start a major war in order to enrich the personal wealth of the President and Veep. I trust the Democrats not to throw my son's life away on a lark the way that W and his cronies have thrown away 3500+ Americans KIA and uncounted thousands more whose lives have been shredded.
And for what? Because W decided he would have a bigger chunk of the history books as a Wartime President? He'll have his big chunk of history, yes.....but so does Adolph Hitler.
