When stranded behind enemy lines, during a food altercation, it is imperative that you arm yourself for survival.

First, grab a food tray. Not only will it protect you from incoming munchies, but you can use it to knock weaker persons out of your way. If you cannot reach a tray, grab a member of the chess club to use as a human shield.

A common food fight arsenal should include:
Soda and Pop Rocks -> Empty candy into can. Shake well. Toss. Serves 12.
Milk/Juice cartons -> Open top, then throw in a spiral for maximum spray coverage.
Ketchup and Mustard bottles -> Point-and-Squirt. Simple. Learn it, Use it, Love it.
Straw and Peas/Corn -> A sniper's choice. Go for the eyes.
Fruits and/or Veggies -> Sometimes a well-placed apple to the temple will take even the toughest opponent out. And they're good for you too!!
Pasta/Mashed Potatoes/Chunky Stews -> Messy and Sticky. Go ahead and get your hands dirty!!
Bananas -> Save these babies for when you are being chased. Effective and hilarious.
Canned Goods -> You probably won't find any of these unless you're really close to the kitchen. It's considered bad manners to chuck the can, so remember to open it and fling the contents.
Pudding Cups -> Pull Tab, count to three, Throw.
Sugar packets -> Eat for a quick jolt of energy.
Condiment packets -> A soldier's last resort. Place in palm and smack your fist down to spray your enemy. But be careful ... Many a soldier has ruined a perfectly good shirt due to inaccurate firing.

There are too many other foods to mention here.
Just remember the basics:
1) When running from table-to-table, remember to zig-zag. Stay low and you stay clean.
2) Feel free to eat your ammo if you need to. A fully fed soldier aims better than a hungry one.
3) Stock up on napkins and towels during the fight. You can sell them to the others after the battle is over. Profiteering, it's the American Way.
4) Don't fire at everybody you come across. You might want to ally yourself with others in order to maximize shelter and supplies. After all, your new 'best friend' can easily be shoved into an oncoming watermelon if things get tough.
