Quite possibly. Many time share developments offer this exact service, but not all. You will have to check the policies and services offered by the specific timeshare program in which you are interested.

Probable. For an additional fee. That's why these make such lousy investments. The developer gets stacks of fees. Time shares don't really make a lot of sense unless you really want to use it yourself because you love going there.
