Roller coaster?

My resting heart rate is low 60s

If that is your resting heart rate, relax and live forever. Seriously, take your pulse immediatley after you wake in the morning, that is your resting heart rate. 44-49 is ideal for a normal male in decent condition. If you excercise and your heart rate stays way low, you may need to adjust your blood pressure meds. Talk to your doc, that's what they are there for.

do a couple of jumping jacks and call it a day! =] are u on torpol xl? if u are that can slow ur pulse rate down , but just keep ur self active , if u feel bad go to an er

Get a cardiologic checkup, I guess.

You will need a electrocardiogram and cardiac sonography.

i think you should pop in and see your doctor and he will decide whats best for you//anything below 60 needs investigating
