Not if, in fact, it was a great answer.... or, at minimum, as good as if not better than the other answers.
Obviously Yahoo doesn't consider it "cheating" either since they allow it but they don't allow us to give ourselves "thumbs up."

I don't consider it cheating if you think it's the best answer but if you really don't think it's the best answer and vote just cause it's yours then yes that is cheating.

as quickly as is positive, it unquestionably enables preclude long ties. BTW, in fairness if there is an exceptionally extra useful answer, you ought to vote that. balloting your person non answer as a ultimate answer will draw very undesirable interest, they have a definite badge for those, once you click on their avatar it says Sorry, we could no longer discover who you have been searching for This person won't exist, there may well be a project with the link or **gulp their account has been suspended

It would be cheating if you could vote for your own answer. But you cannot do it.

No, not if I check all the other answers first. Then, If I still think mine is the best answer, I don't think voting on it is wrong.

No. You would be cheating yourself if you didn't vote for your answer :)

No, I do not.
If it were cheating, Yahoo would not allow it. Just as they do not allow you to give a "thumbs up" to your own answer.
