Nope...for several reasons (other than the safety issue).

First, jet fuel does not include its own oxygen source, like rocket fuel does. So at most, you'd turn yourself into a human jet propelled airplane, but not a rocket.

Second, jet fuel is really very low octane...much lower than ordinary automobile gasoline at 87 octane. In fact, we used to say in Naval Air jet fuel is just kerosene with some additives to prevent flame outs. [See source.] So you will not get the kind of thrust needed to lift your weight off the ground without aerodynamic lifting from wings and such. Again, you'd have to be a human airplane, not a rocket.
