Well, I always used to think it was both the woman's and the man's fault until abortion came along. Since the law allows the woman to terminate the pregnancy even if the man wants the baby and does not allow the man to force the woman to have an abortion if she does get pregnant, I guess that pretty much means it is her fault. I say so because now they do not share equally in responsibility for the child or even if it is allowed to live.

Roe V. Wade deals with legal intent and fetal viability. Legally speaking, fault can not be assigned until approximately 6 months post conception. Post six months, I believe the fault should be equally shared by both parties. It's not a big secret how babies are made. Sexual discretion is the responsibility of both the man and the woman.

I would just like to know how in God's green acre it's Bush's fault weather a woman has an abortion or not ? ? ? ? ? the left is really gone over the edge..................as to your question, maybe she shouldn't have been there in the first place, a side from rape, it takes two to tango {yes it takes two in rape also but one has no choice, the victim }

In the act the man has equal responsibility as the woman to use birth control as well as discuss option in case of an unwanted pregnancy.

Yes....no one denies that abortion is not morally right... and I am sure that the mother suffers great guilt from having one... but it is not the place of the government to say whether or not someone has a baby.

Wrong answer. It takes 2 to tango, so if a man & woman choose to be irresponsible, they are BOTH to blame.

I have yet to see any woman who could create a spontaneous pregnancy without male help. So until that day comes, your argument is flawed.

Define "Very rare." How many women want a child with the face of their rapist?

Funny you should use the word "fault." That implies that there is something wrong with being pregnant. That being the case, I'd think you'd be in favor of getting rid of the problem, right?

No it takes 2 to tango. Now If she captures someone's sperm and uses it on herself that is a different story.

according to most men on yahoo answers yes it's all our faults and we're solely responsible for sex, birth control and one night stands it's a shame they won't take any responsibility just like if we did have the baby they'd be responsible right yeah right too bad when you go out for girls night out you can't spend any time with the girls because we're too busy telling these guy's to leave us alone although i know it's our fault they bother us because it's always a womens fault why blame men when there's women to blame

It takes a male to get a female pregnant. It is both their faults.
