No. Not unless he is impeached and that looks very unlikely. But your facts are wrong. Weapons of mass destruction were just one reason for the war. Further, I do not think that he lied. Bill Clinton believed that there were WMDs in Iraq. In reality, there probably were and they were moved to Syria. Nevertheless, Sadam was an idiot. If he had no WMDs, then he should have let weapons inspectors check the place out to prove he did not have them. Also, I think that it is not 3,500 marines. I think that includes Army as well. People make errors - look at the well meaning liberals who said that children would starve because Bill Clinton signed the Republicans wefare reform bill. The problem we have is that before the midterms, he would not concede there was anything that needed to be changed in Iraq.

Yes he should. Screw congress. Bush is the one in charge. Presidents should be held liable for their actions. More so then any other elected official. Not to mention, every source has pointed to the president knowing there were NOT wmds or threats in Iraq prior to the invasion, yet he still went forward.
An impeachment is WAY over due.

Umm, he has not. You are narrow minded and totally out of it. There hasn't been 3500 Marines died in Iraq. You're just blowing off BS. That number includes Army Navy and Air Force. You need to get some facts before spewing lies like that.
