Clear you browsers history to delete where you have visited on the web. You can go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab. Click on Delete under Browser History and then click on Delete History. To be sure you didn't leave any footprints, you should also delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. When your done, click Close and then Ok...and your browser will dump all of your history and you will have a clean slate again.
FYI. I gave you directions assuming you were using newest verison of IE. A few things might be out of place if your using an older version of IE. However you will still navigate to Internet Tools to delete your history. Let me know if that helps.
