Why do you love IE7? What makes it better than other internet browsers? Tell me why you love it. I'm just wondering since I'm trying all types of browsers. If you don't use IE7, then don't bother posting BS. Thanks.

As a software developer I see not only good usability but also a sound structure to it. It's very integrated with the Windows Operating System and is actually pre-installed on Vista. With it's multiple tabs (that I admit are in other browsers) you can flip back and forth between multiple pages with relative ease. Built in pop up blocker too! Still get pop ups? You can close ONE window with a lot of tabs and they're all gone. There's a button you can press to actually view a live image of all the tabs you have open. From that page you can select which tab to view and/or delete other tabs. It also supports javascript on a scale that FireFox and Netscape don't. With much of the internet moving to ASP pages (that incorporate javascript) to handle important things like credit card purchases then I would like as much javascript support as possible! The application was also developed to be very secure. It includes guards against "phishing." Phishing is when somebody creates a mock page, say of a bank, and advertises itself as the real page asking for your account information. You may hear from some people that the browser is slow, "especially when closing." The BETA was slow, the real deal is out now and I don't see a thing slow about it. IE7 is my favorite internet browser.

IE7 is actually faster then all the other versions of IE but im only using it coz it comes with my Vista..Theres nothing new in IE7 except the multi tab function but that has been implemented in Firefox and Opera way back..Im still an Opera fan.It loads much faster then IE7 does and its a multiplatform browser which it can be run on almost any OS.

I like IE7 because I use Windows, and IE7 is more integrated with Windows than other browsers. I don't see any feature of IE7 that isn't duplicated by Firefox, but I just like it because Microsoft is more aware of the nuances of their operating system than any third party, so I prefer IE.
I don't love it enough to say you should use it and nothing else, but *I* personally use it as my primary browser.

I use IE7 but I would not say the I 'love it' it is just a computer browser after all. I reserve the word love for more important things.

If you are asking why it is better than ie6, the I would say tabbed browsing.
Compared to other browsers, then its because it is the 'universally' accepted browser. There still are too many sites that look weird when viewed through other browsers or require IE to run (e.g. CNN video site that sometimes does not work in firefox)

I used IE7 for a little bit and did not like it. I found it very slow, bulky and intrusive. I have since reverted back to IE6.

To be honest it may be very intense-high quality if Microsoft could come out with an blunders unfastened software for as quickly as. i began out with the Commodore desktops.... and the applying were thouroughly examined earlier it replaced into released. i'm bored with determining to purchase products that don't artwork desirable. it somewhat is the only reason i do no longer use veruy lots of Microsoft's courses. and that i doubt that IE 8 will ever be extra valuable than Foxfire

I use it and i think its great, one reason is because it just replaces your old internet explorer so it doesnt take up any more room, and another is because the buttons and functions on it are much more high tech like you can go on 2 or more different web sites at the same time in one window.
Its great and i recommend you get it!

It is far more secure than IE-6, yet doesn't have a huge memory leak like Firefox.

Maybe this is BS to you, but I used IE7 and I hated it. When I tried to uninstall it from my computer my previous IE settings was lost. I had to restore my default settings because my computer completely crashed.
