Ok, here's the dumb thing I did. I had the oven on and a big plastic bowl melted to the burner where the heat is released from within the oven. Now I can't get the burner out of the plastic. Any ideas?

turn it on again. (This is only a suggestion and I assume no liability for what may transpire)

The safest way is to boil water and place your bowl/burner in the boiling water. Quickly take the items out of the water and begin removing the plastic from the burner. You may have to repeat this process a few times.

Put the burner on low setting and try to remove it.
Be prepared for a lot of smoke!
Carefully remove because if you get any plastic on your fingers it will adhere to your finger and you WILL get a bad burn.
