You can get a DUI on any vehicle. Some unconventional vehicles that people have landed DUI's in are as follows:
Bicycle
Lawn mower
Tractor
Horse
Moped
Passenger jet
There's also a difference between DUI and DWI. DUI stands for "driving under the influence" and covers both alcohol and drugs. DWI stands for "driving while impaired" and covers people that aren't drunk, but are driving impaired because they might be to tired, etc.

yes you can and they don't use DWI anymore that was for Driving will intoxicated and then the states switched to Driving under the influence so they could include drugs also in the charge. Yes you are not to operate any kind of vehicle even a bike on any roadway while under the influence, Ive seen people get arrested for some stupid but bikey while drunk would rate right up there with drunk rollerblading.

Technically, you are not driving, you are riding, because DWI is DRIVING while intoxicated, and DUI is DRIVING under the influence=P lol good question

Yes you can. I know a guy in our town who was arrested and charged with DUI on a bike. The cops said it didn't matter if the vehicle was motorized or not - he was still driving it. They found him guilty to boot and he got 6 months in jail and a big fine!

I in no way had that subject...I extremely have in no way pushed inebriated and that i've got been using 40yrs. You endangered an excellent style of lives including your loss of excellent judgement and drove intoxicated. You (and others) owe a debt of gratitude that the law enforcement officers stopped you and prevented a homicide.Take your due cowboy...you broke the regulation, and you broke the believe that each and every physique drivers count number on...that those around us are sober and conscious of risk-free practices on the roads. Pay up!

Yep, I know a guy that got one on his lawn mower. Of course, he was on the main road because his wife took the car keys. And I am serious--this sounds like a country song but it is real.
Scary the things we will do when we are drunk!

You can get one on anything with wheels. You can get a speeding ticket on a bicycle too.
