Remopve the parenthesis

2x + 3 + 6x - 10 = 0

collect like terms

2x + 6x + 3 - 10 = 0

8x - 7 = 0

8x - 7 + 7 = 0 + 7

8x = 7

8x / 8 = 7 / 8

x = 7 / 8
