is it a ball mouse, or optical mouse?

if it is a optical mouse, i tmight be on a very irregular surface, causing the "laser" to reflect at different angles, which will make the cursor move.

if it is a ball mouse; is your desk level?

If it is an optical mouse, that can be caused by using an uneven surface to move it on, or by having something with multiple colors (picture on a mouse pad, wood grain, etc) under it.

If it is a wireless mouse, change the battery. They can jump around if the battery is low.
