Pictures and video should be submitted in the "My Album". Then you need to register online (T-Mobile.com, Sprint.com, Etc.) Everything from your "My Album" section will then be on your online account. You would use a Bluetooth computer to beam music to your phone. If your computer doesn't have Bluetooth then you'll need to by a converter. They usually cost $30-40 at a cell phone store and just plug into your USB port.

I think Nokia PC Suite is easiest - you might have a disk for it with your phone, or you can download it off the net.
