The only time it works is when you believe it will. No one, no thing, can bother you without your free will permission. If you state from your heart that nothing can harm you because you ar a child of God or whatever you call it, then nothing will be able to bother you. BUT, if you have ANY doubt, then you can speak until your face is blue. It will still bother you, so, keep faith in knowing that nothing can harm you without you giving permission, that means, don't beleive it will, and you won't be giving permission.

Yes, but it is very dangerous because if you do a spell to harm someone,it will come back on you ten-fold.

If the person really puts enough energy into it, then yes, it can. The karmic backlash though makes it pretty unrecommended.

from what i'v experienced... most people who think they can cast spells and do boogabooga are mentally unstable and in need of seriously strong prescription drugs!!!
but thats just me, and i think i am kind of biased on this topic. do some reading and speak to your buddies most people enjoy talking nonsence about crap they dont know anything about... sorry i'm just really biased :(
