i would have to choose LT, not as a homer but as a fan of the NFL. i have a lot of respect for Peyton and Belichick, but LT is a gamebreaker. nearly every offense relies on the run to set up the pass, so LT would make it a lot easier for any QB that would be on his team. he can run, receive, and pass which makes him a HUGE weapon on offense, enough of a distraction to make the whole offense look better.

Bill Belichick... A great team starts with a great coach or a great coaching staff.. and Bill Belichick is a great coach. He's created a dynasty for new england pats, hes made the pats have a great D, and he made young-gun tom brady (when he first started in the nfl) into a franchise QB within a few years. It's not all Bill Belichick, you have to give credit to the rest of the staff too. but Belichick is the mastermind behind it all. Plus, he has great defensive schemes that can shut down almost any offense, hes a great coach. So, in conclusion if I had one pick to start out my franchise i'd pick Bill Belichick because he produces championships and great players.

Peyton Manning. The most important position on a team is the quarterback. Although both Peyton and LT have been the cornerstones for great teams that have been built around them, a great quarterback is always more valuable than a great tailback.

Belecheck is a great coach, but he couldn't build a team from scratch. Both the Colts and Chargers were in disarray when Manning and LT were drafted. Meanwhile, Brady fell into Bill's lap.

"Peyton Manning. Without a good QB, franchises go nowhere. "

Trent Dilfer - Super Bowl Champion
Brad Johnson - Super Bowl Champion
Ben Rothlisberger - Super Bowl Champion
Jeff Hostetler - Super Bowl Champion
Kurt Warner - Super Bowl Champion
Mark Rypien, Doug Williams, Jim McMahon

Even Brady was a nobody in 2001 when he became Super Bowl Champion.

Sounds like you don't need what everyone thinks is a good QB.

Go smart, Go with Belichick

"Bill failed with the browns "

You seem to forget - Peyton failed with the Colts YEAR after YEAR after YEAR, as well. How stupid.

Belichick - 5 or 6 Super Bowl Rings

Belichick
Players get old and leave the game much earlier than coaches do. Plus it would take about 5 or 6 years minimum to get them in a position to win anything anyway so by then Manning and Tomlinson would have little left in the tank, so a great coach would be the better way to go.

1. Manning
2. LT
3. Belecheck

You can't replace a good qb. If Belecheck coached the Raiders or the Texans they would be lucky to go 7 - 9, if LT played for them there's a good chance they would go 7-9, and if Manning stepped in as QB I would expect at least 7 - 9. A coach can only do so much, the players are the ones that must execute.

Who the hell is gonna pick over possibly the greatest Coach of All Time (and thats pretty much as close to serious as I need you to think about it)....of All Time...All....Time. Member that Giants Superbowl...whose playbook is in the Hall of Fame. Remember Patriots lost Ty law, 2 understated CBs...blewout Peyton Manning...as in Peyton had Zero points. Member that? The hall of Fame Does.

Belichick man. Im not even...Im right on this one, trust me.

Peyton Manning. The QB is the general of the team. Peyton is a classy guy who expects the best of himself and others. He hasn't been seriously injured and isn't likely to be because of his smart style of play. He is willing to restructure his contract for the good of the team. LT is a great player but we've seen great RBs, who take a pounding, have off years or premature ends to their careers. Belichick can't play or even control who plays for him.

Peyton Manning. Without a good QB, franchises go nowhere. You can find other good (not great, but good) running backs, and Belichick, while a great coach, is also quite divisive.
