i have a razor 3xx the newest one i cant set a full song as a ringtone. is there a program to shorten a song... or can i put songs into a special folder on my memory card to just set the songs

Get Audacity, its 100% free and works very well.
For MP3 encoding you will need an additional component, which is also 100% free, and Audacity tells you how to obtain in the Prefrences menu
