The pack says to start on the day of your period and/ or the sunday after your period..

The Sunday after even if your STILL on your period. Hope this helps with the confusion.

You always start on the closest Sunday following your period. If your period starts on a Sunday, start that day.

Didn't your doctor tell you when to start?

My doctor told me "I'd tell you to start the Sunday after your period ends but since you haven't had one, start it this Sunday".

you definatly dont need to be DoInG anything after you first start your pperiod. i would wait until a year or so after.



first period + young girl + birth control = ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!
