Clive Owen is tailor made for the role. There are a few requirements for Bond. The obvious one being he has to be from the UK. Danie Craig proved you don't have to have dark hair though which was a small but nice change of pace.

Johnny Depp because i just love him but i think Clive Owen has this strong exterior which would make him a good bond.

The US Savings Bond. It pays over 6% interest if kept to maturity and if used for education, it is IRS tax free. Other bonds and bank accounts don't pay as much.
