I started getting my stretch marks at 28 weeks. Not all women get them though. You might be a lucky one...I was not!

it really depends on how fast your bump grows, you get stretch marks when your body grows fast, so your skin stretches with it, leading to stretch marks, so if your tiny, you will have a small amount of srtetch marks, if your bump is rather large, but it happen slowly, you may not have as many stretch marks as someone who's bump grew very quickly. most people get their stretchmarks around the 5th to the 10th month. but if you are lucky you might not even get any!

I've seen petite women with next to no stretch marks. It all depends on the size of the baby and if you lotion your abdomen frequently. Most people get their stretch marks during the last 2-3 months of pregnancy.

I started getting stretch marks right around 8 months. I thought I was in the clear but I got them. I got them around the underside of my belly and the sides of my belly and on my thighs. My sister got them on her breasts. My mom didn't get any at all but she wasn't really big either. I think that you get them where ever your body is stretching. Unfortunately, 8 months later and they are still red. My feet didn't get all swollen and stuff but I heard that your feet get bigger after pregnancy. I think that my feet got 1/2 a size bigger. Not that this is related to this question but I thought that you might like to know. :-) Good luck!

Chances are if your mom has then, you'll have them...and if she didn't then you probably won't! I just spoke to someone the other day who said she didn't get a single stretch mark until her very LAST week of pregnancy, so keep your fingers crossed but there's really not much you can do. Don't stress about it, its a badge of honor, from being a mom.

I got stretch marks the last month I was pregnant. I got them on my belly and a couple of small ones on my thighs. Put lots of lotion on everyday. While your pregnant and after you have the baby. This could prevent some stretch marks.

Stretch marks can develop anytime, anywhere. They're unpredictable.
Mine didn't develop with my first until I was 8 1/2 months along.

some people don't get them at all. you might be the lucky one with good genes! but if you do start to get some it might be later then. probly your last couple weeks, cause at that time your baby is growing about a half a pound a week, and your belly is getting stretched faster. you might see some on the sides of your belly, or even on your hips. you never know. but just start using lotion on your belly, cause if you do get some then after the baby is born the lotion will help them to go away sooner or fade better. good luck!
